Remembering the past is easy. Embracing the “new” is often difficult. Due to the renovations in the sanctuary during the winter months of 2016 we were not able to have our Easter services in the sanctuary. We had been temporarily worshiping in the fellowship hall each Sunday morning. Rather than trying to crowd in there we decided to try an outside worship service under a tent. We incorporated all of our traditional Easter morning traditions that we embrace at Mount Zion to make the transition as easy as possible. As one may see below in the photographs, we were very successful in worshiping outdoors on Easter Sunday, March 27, 2016!
